    Yes, it’s totally breathtaking the amount of language we still owe to this one individual. I think Sir Ian McKellan got it dead right on the news yesterday, something that hadn’t really struck me before – W.S. is the most famous Englishman (or person, strictly) in history..Even those who don’t appreciate him must surely concede that.
