Silverstone

Yesterday Pete and I were lucky enough to get an invite by a friend to Silverstone.  I’ve not had the pleasure of a corporate day out for a few years, so it was very pleasant to enjoy drink and food all day, along with some exciting racing by the British Touring Cars, Porsches and small racing cars as part of Formula Renault.  Being part of the corporate day even meant we could nose around the team garage – I’m no petrolhead, but it was interesting all the same. And we managed to get an autograph of the great Jason Plato for Pete’s brother, who was extremely pleased!
