London day out

We have spent the day in London. Pete obtained some free tickets for a foreign property show at Olympia, so we went along to see what was on offer and to see Jonnie Irwin (the guy from the property TV programmes) present.  It was actually very dull.

We had started by dropping Zac off to Grandma’s and then travelling by tube (via a route we’ve never done before).  We had an average breakfast before the event.  After wasting time in Olympia we walked to Fulham and then Chelsea to look around the shops.

We walked via West Kensington, which we both found surprisingly rough and very run down and poor. It shows how varied London can be.  We had a late lunch at a favourite cafe (called Mona Lisa) and ambled around various shops before coming home.

During the day, I took some iphone photos and played with them using a photo app.  Here are the results…

    Jonnie who?

The only TV property folks I know are Kirsty and Phil – and the late Kristian Digby!

Presumably you know about Daytime TV from all the “working” from home you do! :-p
